Kind Care, Always.

Color Wheel Psychiatry is built on the belief that mental health is not black and white—it exists on a spectrum of colors, tones, and brightness.

Too often, people are reduced to labels—rushed through appointments, misdiagnosed, or dismissed. After years of sitting with clients navigating impersonal systems, Kate imagined something different.

Like a color wheel, psychiatry should honor the full spectrum of human experience. Some seasons feel muted, others overwhelming, many somewhere in between. Treatment isn’t about forcing one color—it’s about understanding where you are and helping you find the balance and brightness that feel true to you.

At Color Wheel Psychiatry, care is collaborative, thoughtful, and personal. You are seen as a whole person, not a diagnosis. The goal isn’t to fix you, but to help you feel balanced, vibrant, and more like yourself.

Every shade is welcome. Every story matters.

I am so glad you are here.
